Creative Not Conventional

Bold Never Basic

Congratulations on your wedding planning.

I’m Tasha, a creative wedding photographer. The kind that makes people say, ‘Wow, this isn’t just any photographer.’

I see beyond just the photos; I’m here to guide you, keep you calm, and adapt to what you need. Whether you’re neurodivergent, have little ones, or a furry friend by your side, I make space for all of that. I’m not just documenting your day, I’m walking with you, ensuring every photographed moment truly feels like you as a couple.”

Creative approach to candid wedding photography

Creative, bold, and completely unapologetic—this is how I approach wedding photography. For me, it’s not just about capturing moments; it’s about crafting art. I bring a spark of imagination and energy, making sure your experience is fun and uniquely personal. I love weaving in your hobbies and even adding elements like pyrotechnics (of course, always safely and with all the venue permissions) or light painting to make your images one-of-a-kind.

My Nikon Z series kit is always ready whether it’s the 70 to 200 mm for candid faraway shots, The 24 to 70 mm for close intimate moments or even a macro lens to highlight tiny sparkling details.

I also have a knack for seeing venue magic—whether it’s a hidden flower bed, a quirky nook, or a glimmering reflection—so together, we’ll break free from the ordinary and create something that’s entirely personalized to you.”

Authentic moments

Capture the real laughter, tears and joy of your Nottingham and Leicestershire wedding. Those candid, natural moments that make your day one-of-a-kind – the shared grins, the way your partner looks at you when you’re not looking, the little hand-holding during your vows. These are the things you might not notice, but I’m already there, capturing them

Creative artistry

From bold compositions to unique lighting – even sparkler magic that lights up your night. I use nature to craft soft bokeh framing, sparklers and flares for depth and wonder, and low-light techniques that make dark moments glow. When venues feel less picturesque, I bring artificial lighting that turns any space into a backdrop worth remembering. This creative artistry isn’t just about pretty photos; it’s about using every tool to make your story pop, so your memories stand out long after the day’s done

Lasting memories

Creating images that generations will cherish, preserving your family's moments & unique story. I love to photograph those moments with family & friends such as those tender hugs, mum or dad crying at the first reveal or you walking down the aisle

Personalised touches

Incorporate your hobbies and passions for truly custom, unique and unforgettable photos – whether that’s light-sabers on the dance floor for those sci-fi lovers, gardening, or anything else that makes you two you.

Who I am as your Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire wedding photographer

Passionately chaotic when I unleash my imagination, I thrive on the energy and joy of being part of your day. I make sure every wedding is as unique as the couple. no trends, just timeless, personal photos.

Why is wedding photography so personal to me? I lost my nan before I could have her at my wedding, and I realised I barely have any photos with her, someone who shaped my life so deeply. That’s why I pour my heart into every photo I capture so these photos can be shared with generations to come, keeping the love and connection you share alive.

With over a decade behind the camera, what started as a surprise college class became my fire. I know how to handle challenges, whether it’s a poorly lit venue, a winter wedding fading fast with light, or even unpredictable weather. I plan around those moments. bringing extra light, adjusting timelines, or even packing umbrellas so no matter the challenge, we keep the magic going. I hunt for those small, unexpected details, quirky venue corners, sparks of nature, and, of course, that love in every frame.

That, plus my understanding of family, shaped by loss, is why it is an honour to capture the tears, the laughter, and every moment in between.

Love hearing my story? I want to hear yours.

I can see it now, she’d be rolling her eyes at all this fuss, then quietly bringing me a cuppa and cake.

An absolute incredible
photographer!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This photographer is the best I have ever worked with AND I wouldn't of changed her for the world! My rainbow themed wedding was crazy, colourful, creative and, of course, wacky! She knew exactly what she was doing and leaned into it perfectly. Made me and my other half feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole day!It was such a fun day and remember how much effort she put into it!A full day of, wedding, our dog photo spin offs, fun lighting effects and experiments with rainbow things. The whole day was captured perfectly and you can see the joy in every photo.Showing between the fun crazy side and the loving meaningful side must of been difficult to do, photos are shown here too.Thank you so so so much, was an absolute pleasure.🌈❤️🔔💍💒🏳️‍🌈

Absolutely amazing!

From start to finish, Tash was an absolute superstar who far surpassed what we expected from a photographer!
Throughout all of our communications, she was quick to respond, friendly, very accommodating and instantly made us both feel at ease. She came up with so many creative ideas for photos (as we are both very lacking in the artistic department!), and although we've just got the snapshot photos for now we are already blown away by the quality of them.

Tash is truly talented and managed to perfectly capture so many candid moments throughout the day, without us really realizing! She was also an absolute trooper at helping our day flow smoothly - she took everything from crowd control to dress/jewellery adjustments in her stride and really helped us feel calmer! Not to mention our dog, Ruby, absolutely LOVED her (I suspect the feeling was mutual as Tash is fab with dogs)!

Honestly, I cannot sing Tasha's praises enough and would recommend her to ANYONE looking for their wedding photographer. All of our friends & family have mentioned how lovely she is & you will be blown away with the photos you get from her.
Thank you so much, Tash!

Faultless!

Tasha was fantastic!! From preparation to completion she was extremely professional and totally transparent. On the day Tasha went above and beyond, outside the normal photographer duties of organising the crowd (impeccably) and knowing the location (solid!) she also helped with so much more with the event changes due to the weather being so changeable (being polite) and the venue needing a lot of modifications. I recommend Tasha be at your wedding, she takes a huge weight off your mind! Oh and her photos are something else!! She knows where to take them and more importantly how to take them! You’d be stupid not to use her services!

Fun fact for Nottinghamshire

Here’s some random facts that nobody asked for about Nottingham (and the bits around it). Did you know there’s over 800 caves under the city? even if they’re not great for wedding photos. And yeah, Robin Hood’s supposed to have hung out here, though I’ve yet to have an impersonator pop up during a shoot.

I photograph 15+ weddings a year in Leicestershire, Doncaster,  Derby, Mansfield and surrounding areas but no matter where your venue is, I’ll scout out the area for those perfect hidden spots, a bit like Robin Hood would, just with a camera instead of a bow. ‘Cause I love hunting down the little places you’d never find on your own.
